Lesson Policy

1. Lessons are to be paid by the month, in advance, payable by cash or check at the front desk, due on the last lesson of each month.

2. The above time has been reserved especially for you, is your regular appointment time, and must be paid for regardless of your presence. If for any reason you cannot attend your scheduled lesson, you will be charged for that lesson.

3. Students who miss more than two lessons in a row are subject to be cancelled, and their lesson time forfeited.

4. There are no refunds on unused lessons, and missed lessons may not be applied to future lessons.

5. Please advise the store of vacation plans as far in advance as possible. Each teacher handles extended vacations differently with regard to makeups, so be sure to consult with him/her. You will not be charged for holidays when the studio is closed or if your teacher cancels. Students must give at least two weeks notice prior to withdrawing.
